1st September 2020
We have remained open throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, supporting many of our NHS, Teaching or other Key Worker parents and we continue to monitor UK Government advice and the new Covid Alert System.
Specifically, the Department for Education has set out that the transmission rate of coronavirus (COVID-19) has remained low within early years, school and further education settings.
We will still not allow visitors that are not operationally required, which means new parents and children can only visit during a weekend open day, before the nursery is cleaned to protect our attending children.
During the lockdown, we have used the time and experience of operating under more restrictive practices, to build a robust strategy in order to achieve a safe and effective environment now the nursery is open to all children. We have specifically covered:
• A new Virus & Infection Control Policy
• Covid-19 Nursery Policy
Thank you all so much for your support and understanding.
